I am pleased to invite you to a Shop, Sip, and Share event benefitting the b club of Austin. Please come out for drinks, live music, and shopping to support the Breast Cancer Emergency Support Fund (BCESF). There will be dinner, a cash bar, and entertainment. Many vendors from around the city, including The PocketLovey Company, will be selling their products and displaying their services for purchase. 25% of all ticket sales and 20% of shopping sales will go back to the b club. Money raised will go directly to BCESF.

We are thrilled to announce that an organic version of the PocketLovey is officially underway.

After a great deal of research we have finally settled on fabrics and thread that meet organic standards but are still comparable to the fabulously soft original PocketLovey.

This new PocketLovey will be comprised of 37% organic cotton and 63% all natural silk. It will be available as quickly as possible and we’ll let you know as soon as they’re ready!

We are pleased to announce our cooperative effort with Kirby Ink Designs to offer custom artwork for the PocketLovey! Kirby Kana at Kirby Ink Designs creates very unique art that I knew would be a perfect fit for those who want to really personalize their PocketLoveys. Her style is beautiful and still simple, straightforward, perfect for children. My own kiddos love her designs!
To add a Kirby Ink design to your PocketLovey, select any PocketLovey from the Shop PocketLoveys page, choose “Click here to add custom artwork to your PocketLovey,” and the artwork options will become available.

I was shopping for a birthday gift and stumbled on a sequel to one of our favorite books! Mo Willems has written a follow-up to his previous book and I think this is a great find. For children who attach to a favorite toy, blanket, or security device of any kind, I think this book really captures how much these items mean to children, even when they’re not babies any more. The young heroine, Trixie has grown up and is heading for school, not without her Knuffle Bunny. This is a great read for little ones who are heading off to Kindergarten. Check it out!
